Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator
Redeemer Church is seeking a highly organized and relationally warm person to serve as our Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator.
This role supports the Lead Pastor and staff by helping coordinate ministry execution, communication systems, and operational logistics. In many ways, this position helps translate leadership vision into everyday ministry action so that our pastors and leaders can focus on shepherding people.
We’re looking for someone who:
Loves the mission of the local church
Is highly organized and proactive
Communicates clearly and professionally
Enjoys supporting teams and helping things run smoothly
This position is designed as a full-time role, but if you believe you could serve well in this position and are unable to work full-time, we would still encourage you to apply.
